Most of our items from the Core Collection and our Custom Works are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your item to be dispatched. 

If we have stock available, your item will be dispatched within 2 working days.

All orders are shipped tracked and first class when shopping with us. 

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

EU & International

Please note that EU and International packages made be subject to local taxes or customs fees which are required to be paid for by the customer. Packages may require opening and inspection from custom authorities.

We hope that you are delighted by your new ReJean purchase, however if you would like to return your item, we can process a refund up to 14 days after your item arrives. We ask that you notify us via email within 10 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange. Regretfully we cannot refund postage costs.

Returns will only if your item is unworn and in a resellable condition, so please take care when trying it on. 

For hygiene and safety reasons, our reusable face masks cannot be returned, and we are unable to offer refunds on custom denim jackets.
